Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the MakeMyJewelleryApp website and platform (the "Services"), provided by Wixora Technologies Private Limited ("Wixora", "we", "us") to jewellers and jewellery businesses ("you"). By signing up or using the Services you agree to these Terms.

1. The Services

We provide a white-label platform that includes an admin panel, a jeweller mobile app and a branded customer mobile app, through which your customers can save in 24K gold and, where enabled, shop your jewellery using their gold balance. Pro plan customers also receive a web application and full analytics.

2. Eligibility, BIS certificate and account

• You must be a legally registered business or an authorised representative of one, and at least 18 years old.
• During onboarding we collect a valid BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certificate for your business. We may decline or suspend onboarding if it is missing, invalid or expired, and you must keep it valid while using the Services.
• You must give accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for all activity under your accounts and for keeping login credentials secure.

3. Plans and fees

• A one-time setup fee of ₹4,000 (inclusive of GST) applies to each plan.
• A custom domain name is not included in any plan. If you want a domain, you purchase and own it separately.
• Fees are payable in advance for the billing period you choose. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each period unless cancelled before renewal.
• We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice. Changes apply from your next renewal.
• Fees are governed by our Refund Policy.

4. Setup and delivery

We aim to take your apps live within 48 hours of receiving the setup fee and the details and brand assets we need (such as store details and logo). Timelines depend on you providing complete information, and on third-party review by app stores, which we do not control.

5. Gold services and Safegold

24K gold offered through your app is provided in partnership with Safegold. Customer KYC, gold purchase, storage in insured vaults held by an independent trustee, and gold sale are handled by Safegold and are subject to its terms. Wixora does not hold customer gold. Gold prices change with the market and nothing on our website or apps is investment advice.

6. Your earnings

You may earn from 24K gold purchases, jewellery redemptions and gold-to-coin conversions made through your app, as set out in your onboarding documentation. Earnings depend on your customers' activity and are not guaranteed. Payouts are made to your verified bank account, and you are responsible for your own taxes.

7. Your responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for your customers and for the jewellery you sell, including its quality, purity, hallmarking, pricing, making charges, orders, delivery, returns and after-sales service. Wixora is not a seller, and is not a party to any sale between you and your customers.
• You must comply with all applicable laws, including consumer protection, tax and hallmarking rules.
• You must not misrepresent the Services, Safegold or gold returns to your customers.
• You must not use the Services for unlawful activity, money laundering, fraud, or to upload content that infringes others' rights.

8. Intellectual property

We own the platform, software and our own trademarks. You keep ownership of your brand, logo and catalogue content and give us a licence to use them to build, operate and publish your apps. You must not copy, resell, reverse engineer or sublicense the platform.

9. Suspension and termination

You may cancel at any time from your next renewal. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, or if required by law or by our partners. On termination your branded apps may be taken down. We will give you a reasonable period to export your business data where we are able to.

10. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that the Services will result in any particular sales or earnings.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wixora is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. For material changes we will notify you by email or on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the updated Terms.
