MakeMyJewelleryApp is operated by Wixora Technologies Private Limited ("Wixora", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when jewellers and their representatives ("you") use this website and our platform, which lets jewellers launch their own branded gold savings and jewellery shopping apps (the "Services").

1. Information we collect

From you as a jeweller:

• Business and contact details: store name, owner name, mobile number, email address, city and address.
• Brand assets you provide: logo, brand colours, store name and jewellery catalogue (designs, weights, making charges, images).
• Business and tax details: GSTIN, PAN, your BIS certificate and bank account details, used to verify your business during onboarding and for payouts and invoicing.
• Enquiry and support messages you send us through the enquiry form, email or phone.
• Usage and device data: IP address, browser type, pages visited, and app diagnostics.

About your customers: when your customers use your branded app, we process their name, mobile number, email, transaction history, gold balance, orders and delivery address on your behalf, so the app can work. KYC for gold purchases (PAN, Aadhaar-based e-KYC) is carried out by Safegold under its own policies.

2. How we use information

• To set up, build, publish and operate your branded apps and admin panel.
• To process subscription fees, payouts and invoices.
• To respond to enquiries and provide support.
• To keep the Services secure, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.
• To send service updates and, where permitted, information about our products. You can opt out at any time.

3. Your customers' data

For the personal data of your customers, you decide why and how it is used and we process it on your instructions to provide the Services. You are responsible for having a lawful basis to collect and use that data and for telling your customers how it is used. We do not sell customer data or use it to market to your customers.

4. Who we share information with

• Safegold: our partner for 24K gold. Customer KYC and gold purchases, holdings and sales are handled by Safegold, held with an independent trustee.
• Payment providers: such as Razorpay, to process payments. We do not store card or UPI credentials.
• Service providers: email delivery (such as Brevo), cloud hosting, app store publishing and similar providers who process data only to serve us.
• Authorities: when required by law, court order or a government or regulatory authority.

We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We keep information for as long as your account is active and for the period needed to meet legal, tax, accounting and regulatory requirements. After that, we delete or anonymise it.

6. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

7. Your rights

Under applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, withdraw consent, and raise a grievance. Email us at support@wixoratechnologies.com and we will respond within 30 days. Customers of your branded app should first contact you, and we will support you in responding.

8. Cookies

This website uses only essential browser storage needed for it to work and does not use advertising cookies. If this changes, we will update this policy.

9. Children

The Services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page with its "Last updated" date. For material changes we will notify you by email.

11. Grievance Officer

For any privacy concern, write to our Grievance Officer at the contact details below. We aim to acknowledge queries within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.
